By making a purchase through the Wisteria Ridge Tebex store, you agree to the following terms:

1. No Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable.
Once a transaction is completed, you will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

2. Subscription Cancellation

If you choose to cancel your subscription:

• Any Gold Core/ specialty items will be revoked immediately
• Any specialty pets tied to your subscription will also be removed
• Removed from the discord supporter chat with role removed

3. Open a ticket

• Please open a ticket once you have purchased your package.

4. Digital Goods

All items sold are digital and tied to your account. They hold no real-world value and cannot be transferred outside the server.

5. Policy Changes

Wisteria Ridge staff reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
